Stations of the Cross

Compass Students (6th-12th Grade) are invited on a journey through the last days and hours of Jesus’ life. Twelve stations depict a series of events that recount the condemnation, crucifixion, death and burial of Jesus. At each station, we will read from the gospels and illustrate a moment with tangible props and artwork placed along a path. We will reflect on the possible thoughts, feelings and sensations of Jesus as He went to the cross. The goal is to better understand and cherish Jesus’ deep love and sacrifice for us.
