The Compass Church is part of an association of churches that make up the Evangelical Free Church of America. Nationally, the EFCA serves about 1,400 churches. Each year, CompassNational welcomes a cohort of Interns who serve in multiple areas of The Compass Church across our Campuses. We are investing in future leaders of the Church in the United States, and around the world by offering them ministry experience, mentoring, and leadership skills.
