What You Do: Work alongside a team of volunteers to complete home repairs such as accessibility modifications, code violations, painting, landscaping and other improvement projects for under-resourced homeowners

Why It Matters: Safe, functional housing improves health, stability and dignity for families while strengthening neighborhoods across the community

Our Impact: Compass volunteers have helped transform dozens of homes, neighborhoods and lives for the past nine years in Aurora by completing essential repairs many families could not afford on their own

Who Serves: Skilled and unskilled volunteers (age 13+ with a parent) who are willing to work hard, learn new skills and serve as part of a team

Roles Available: Carpenters. Drywallers. Sanders. Painters. Handymen. Yard Workers.
