Discover Small Group Leadership (Virtual Meeting)

At The Compass Church, we encourage everyone to connect in a group or smaller community to learn to follow God with the help and support of others. Attending services on the weekend plus being in spiritual community during the week can help us and others grow in our spiritual journeys, exponentially. Small Group Leaders guide their group on that journey through Bible study, prayer and encouragement.

Join us for Discover Small Group Leadership led by Pastor Gerald Aloran to learn more about Group Leadership at the Naperville Campus. Whether you have been leading for years, recently became a group leader or are beginning to explore the idea of being a small group leader, we invite you to come to this training to explore this serving role.
