Discover Small Group Leadership

At The Compass Church, we encourage everyone to connect in a group or smaller community to learn to follow God with the help and support of others. Attending services on the weekend, plus a spiritual community during the week, can help one grow in their spiritual journey, exponentially. Small Group Leaders will guide their group on that journey through Bible study, prayer, and encouragement, as well as continue to grow in their own journey.

Join us for Discover Small Group Leadership led by Pastor Gerald Aloran to learn more about Group Leadership at the Naperville Campus. Whether you have been leading for years, recently became a group leader, or are beginning to explore the idea of being a small group leader, we invite you to come to this training to explore this serving role.

Dinner is provided and childcare is available for Birth - 5th Grade. Please register for childcare by April 9 through the registration link provided in your confirmation email.
