Fitness Stretching & Prayer Class

Join us for a special fitness class taught by a certified trainer focused on stretching poses and flowing movements with an integration of scripture and prayer. Benefits include balance, concentration, blood flow, flexibility, strength, and well-being. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle, exercise mat, 2 exercise blocks, and a long strap or large towel. Please register through the button above to let us know you're coming!
