Compass Students Regroup

Life is hard, especially for students today. There's a lot to navigate and a million voices shouting competing messages. On top of the cultural confusion, there is trauma, pain, loss, loneliness, and identity crisis. More than ever, students need a loving community and a safe space to find help for their problems, pain, and processing. Regroup provides just this.

  • Regroup is a 12-week program that teaches participants a process of healing that can be applied to pain from the past and situations in the future.
  • During each weekly session, students are introduced to simple tools that can help them process hurt and find healing (including a physical step-by-step journal).
  • By combining large group time with reflective group and one-on-one conversations, students find both community and individual care.
  • Regroup focuses on the whole needs of a person by combining psychological research, group coaching techniques, and forgiveness - made possible by Jesus.

While Regroup is a free, 12-week, open program and students can join at any point, we encourage participants to register so we can be prepared to welcome them in.
